Our client has been in business for 24 years, privately held, considered a small company(less than 50 people, 10 in software development), they are profitable, stable and in a aggressive growth mode.   They have created a niche market by using technology to deliver excellent customer service while delivering quality results.   They are currently in a total software redevelopment plan to take their products and services to the next level.  This will provide them with an advantage over competitors in the marketplace.
 
Their customer base is diversified reducing their dependence on one industry, with clients in the following sectors:  financial services, insurance, telecom, retail, distribution, manufacturing and health care.

Job Description:
The Senior Software Engineer will perform full lifecycle development of software applications.  This will include working with a team to gather requirements, interfacing with C level executives.  Assist in architecture/design of the application.  Later assist in developing software, testing and implementing solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Work with business users to define and develop strategies to resolve business processes
• Work closely with business representatives and technical staff to ensure system and business requirements are clearly documented and understood during the design, development, testing and deployment phases of a project
• Work with business users to define test plans
• Participate with technical team to design and code applications in C# /.Net

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in related field
• 5 plus years experience in full lifecycle development
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers and subject matter experts
• Ability to develop requirement documentation
• Ability to architect & design
• Ability to develop software in C#, .net
• Proficiency in SQL required (MS SQL Server preferred)

Total Compensation:

• Salary: 75k - 90k
• Profit Sharing (10%-15% of salary)
• 401K Match(3%)
