Job Summary:   Responsible for the architecture, design, development, and implementation of applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:     

• Ultimate responsibility for the design, architecture, development and implementation of applications.
• Responsible for all quality aspects of the software development
• Meeting estimated target dates
• Creating individual work plans
• Design, design oversight, development of software
• Coordination with CTO on application architecture to comply with enterprise architecture
• Stakeholder communication
• Quality assurance
• Design, Development and unit test methods/techniques
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

Other Functions:

• Clearly and concisely communicate to clients, team members, management and other stakeholders.

Skills and Education Requirements:

10+ years of C#.NET experience, proven Web/Web Services development, and 4+ years of SQL Server 2005/2008 experience

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role on an agile development team
• Proven experience mentoring and a strong belief in agile development with appropriate design, code and testing oversight practices.
• Experience with test driven development is preferred
