Riccione Resources, the Recruitment Firm with 25 years of experience, has an opening for a Software Engineer with a Dallas firm experiencing solid growth with greater potential for higher growth.  This is a new job opportunity, kicking off a new project from the ground floor.  We are working directly with the hiring manager.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test web-based applications
• Responsible for all quality aspects of the software development
• Meeting estimated target dates
• Creating individual work plans
• Design, development and unit test methods/techniques
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
• Clearly and concisely communicate to clients, team members, management and other stakeholders.
• Expand expertise into other technologies in use in the development group

Qualifications:   

• 2+ years of C#.NET, ASP.NET development
• 1+ years Visual Studio 2010

• Web Service/WCF
• Silverlight/WPF
• Team Foundation Server
• T-SQL
• WF
• SQL Server 2005/2008
• Microsoft MCAD
• Experience in an agile development team environment
• Ability to understand customer business processes and translate them into functional requirements that result in satisfying technical solutions
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
