The Engineers will be part of a multi-discipline software development team where meaningful collaboration is highly valued.  The software development team is recognized as an industry leader in building innovative software solutions for their specific product lines.

The team is fast paced, innovative and has aggressive corporate culture due to its high visibility in the company.  The team uses state of the art technologies from Microsoft and VMware including .NET Framework 4.0, ASP.NET, AJAX.NET, VMware vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server 2008.  Responsibilities are rooted in design, implementation and quality of complex software applications. Developed applications are visible to both customers and employees.  The ability to support the entire software lifecycle is critical to success in this role. The position requires good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to solve complex problems and applicable technical experience.  Opportunity to contribute across all software development disciplines exists and is encouraged.  

Qualified candidates MUST possess the following:

• Sr. level 6+ years, Mid-level 3+ years of programming experience with Microsoft .NET
• Sr. level 6+ years, Mid-level 3+ years in C# programming
• Sr. level 4+ years, Mid-level 2+ years of experience with MS SQL Server
• Sr. level 4+ years, Mid-level 2+ years with creating multi-tiered Web applications using ASP.NET is required
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think out of the box
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a diverse team challenged with complex tasks
• Maintain a sense of pride in a job well done; detail-oriented, professional, and self-directed
• Thirst for knowledge and how to apply learning to address current company projects

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with creating Windows Forms applications is desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Silverlight is preferred
• Proficient with user interface (UI) concepts and creation preferred

Salary:  Sr. Level 90k -115k, Mid-Level 70k - 90k
