Our client is looking for a “hands on” Technical Team Lead to head up a team of 5 Software Engineers. The Engineers will be part of a multi-discipline software development team where meaningful collaboration is highly valued. The software development team is recognized as an industry leader in building innovative software solutions for their specific product lines. The team is fast paced, innovative and has aggressive corporate culture due to its high visibility in the company. The team uses state of the art technologies from Microsoft and VMware including .NET Framework 4.0, ASP.NET, AJAX.NET, VMware vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Responsibilities are rooted in design, implementation and quality of complex software applications. Developed applications are visible to both customers and employees. The ability to support the entire software lifecycle is critical to success in this role. The position requires good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to solve complex problems and applicable technical experience.
