Responsibilities
We need a C# developer who is especially strong on the back-end and database side.  You will be the key person in charge of design and development.  Ideally, this person would have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience developing real world, public-facing applications. The desired candidate would be a creative, self-motivated, and passionate person who is able to achieve development goals and deadlines with a lot of self-independence. Pride and ownership in work are key attributes to succeeding in this position.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge .Net 3.5/4.0 framework using C#
• Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and OO software design
• Experience in relational database design, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008. Strong SQL & Relational DB experience
• Software development experience (covering requirements, design, development, testing and implementation of n-tier architecture). Experience in fast-paced development is a must.
• Web services experience (creation & consumption)
• Experience in developing innovative, scalable and groundbreaking applications
• Good testing methodology
• Experience working with software version control such as Source Safe, CVS or Subversion

Desired:

• BA/BS in Computer Science, similar technical degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to multi-task and or change directions based on business and customer needs
• Ability to engage effectively at both the business and technical level
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and other technologies
• MVC
• TSQL

Salary:  95k - 110k
