This appears to be a somewhat dead thread - but I thought I might chime in anyway.  If you want to present to a user group email the president.  tell him what you want to talk about.  Based on my experience they'll put you in.  Last I checked DDNUG needs somebody to talk in May, so somebody best get a move on.
