Blackbaud is coming to Dallas! After several months of research that included an analysis of several locations, I am happy to announce that we have chosen Dallas as the home of the new Blackbaud development site. We are still in the process of determining the actual site but the most likely location will be in Plano. So who is Blackbaud? We are a 26 year old software company with 1800 employees and we provide software/services to nonprofits. Our stated mission is to make the world a better place by working with the nonprofit community to improve lives. In order to achieve this mission we need to hire the right people. Our plan is to start hiring new positions in Dallas immediately with the ultimate goal of having some 25 people hired by the end of the year.
