We are a small but established company, so our set up is very different. Instead of an hourly payment, we project each project’s anticipated revenue and we pay a percentage of that to our developer. The work schedule and work load is up to you. We don’t micromanage. The higher the quality and faster the delivery, the more you make. We are open to applicants that want to do this type of work after hours or after their ‘real’ job as long as we can meet our delivery deadline. Our long term goal is to find the right people today and to hire them as full time employees in the future. We are looking for the right attitudes and right personalities to build this company around.
