Riccione Resources, the Recruitment Firm with 25 years of experience is proud to announce a new position at a growing company with a very strong technical team.  This is a great opportunity to work in a small team environment with broad responsibilities in software architecture, technical leadership and development.

This is an entrepreneurial firm that has steadily grown from zero customer contracts in 2004 to over 3,000+ in 2009.  The firm provides a unique web based solution to a segment of the insurance industry which has enabled agents more options and coverage to its customer base, thus more competitive.  They seek the expertise of a Project Lead/Architect to add to their dynamic work force.

Our client seeks someone who enjoys the challenges and the immediate impact one can make to a company's growth.  The firm has plans to grow by branching off into new entities within the vertical.

The person they are seeking will be focusing on all tiers and be responsible for key component in their web application.  Someone with broader skills will have an opportunity to do more in this environment.

We have a very strong relationship with the VP and have been successful in placing 6 Software Engineers since 2007.


What will you be doing?

As a Hands On Technical/Project Lead, you will lead and manage, drive and implement assigned projects.
Drive projects through the entire software development life cycle from architecture to production release, including implementation.  Opportunity to make a difference and have an impact in product development and the firm's growth.  Report directly to the CTO.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

The candidate we are looking who  candidate who enjoys the challenges and the immediate impact one can make to a company's growth.  The following skill set and background are also strongly preferred:
 

• Senior technical skills in software development, some architecture level experience.
• A full understanding of ASP.NET and web application technologies
• C#, object oriented design skills,
• Team leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of SQL Server

Plusses:

• Extensive knowledge of HTTP technical details
• Desire and ability to contribute in all phases of the product development life-cycle
• Success working as part of a software development team
• Familiarity with data bases(schemas, tables etc)
• Familiarity with networking infrastructure
• Agile experience

Compensation: 90k - 105k + Bonus/Profit Sharing Plans
